Prof. Maksimović delivers invited lecture at Green Culture Conference

On May 15th, 2014, Blue Green Dream leader Prof. Čedo Maksimović gave an invited talk at the Green Culture Conference, in Tivat, Montenegro.

The Green Culture Conference focuses on the role the Creative Industries in South-East Europe have to play in environmental sustainability.

As detailed in the programme, on May 16th, a whole session of the conference was devoted to the Blue Green Dream (BGD) project, with talks and discussions held on BGD oriented Urban Planning in Montenegro, the benefits of the BGD concept with respect to reducing pollution from waste and also, the creation of the Blue Green Dream Focal Point for Montenegro.

Blue Green Dream Talk at the Institution of Civil Engineers

On Thursday, 24th April 2014, Prof. Čedo Maksimović, leader of the Blue Green Dream Project, will deliver a talk at the Institution of Civil Engineers (1 George Street, Westminster, London, SW1P 3AA) on Blue Green Cities.

The talk is being delivered to the South East Section of the British Hydrological Society (BHS) and starts at 18:30.

Kick-off Meeting of the BGD Regional Centre for CSEE

On Wednesday, April 2, 2014, the kick-off meeting of the CSEE (Central and South Eastern Europe), BGD Regional Centre was held at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Belgrade, Serbia.

Countries involved in the CSEE include Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria and all of the ex-Yuguslavian Republics.

The meeting was attended by over 20 delegates, including Vuk Jeremić, leader of CIRSD and former President of the United Nations General Assembly.
